Your Challenge

Bring craftsmanship, curiosity, and teamwork to a shop where no two builds are the same. You’ll start where your skills are today and climb from L1 to L5—expanding your range from MIG/stick in flat and horizontal to vertical/overhead, TIG on stainless, and pressure applications.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Produce sound welds and clean beads; help set up welders, fixtures, and fab tools.
  • Lay out, fit, and tack from basic shop drawings and weld symbols.
  • Prep/align pipe, tube, and structural materials; shadow stainless processes.
  • Participate in visual inspections; spot and prevent common weld defects.
  • Keep a safe, orderly environment aligned with OSHA, 5S, and company procedures.
  • Partner with fabricators, machinists, engineers, and project teams on varied builds.
  • Progress steadily into more advanced positions, materials, and codes as you grow.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a recognized welding program or apprenticeship.
  • Fundamental knowledge of welding equipment, processes, and safety.
  • Track record of reliable flat and horizontal welds.
  • Ability to follow basic schematics and shop documentation.
  • A growth mindset toward advanced welding and fabrication.

Compensation & Ownership

The hourly range for this role is expected to be $27.00 to $55.00, based on education and years of experience. This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
