Help keep our manufacturing lines moving with precision and safety. As a Production Machinery Operations Specialist, you will run and monitor equipment, protect product quality, and support a high-performing team using advanced production technology.

What you will do

• Operate and watch over machinery to maintain safe, efficient throughput
• Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime
• Execute to the production schedule and follow all quality requirements
• Record production numbers and machine performance data accurately
• Work with teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Follow company policies and all safety procedures without exception
• Help train new operators and be a reliable resource on the floor

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework is a plus
• Hands-on experience as a machine operator or similar role
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and documentation
• Detail orientation and strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require
