What will I do?

  • Prepare and stage loads; confirm every item matches the order.
  • Load and unload efficiently; secure freight before every departure.
  • Run short, local routes designed for optimal time and equipment usage.
  • Deliver finished goods and pick up raw materials for production.
  • Handle routine inspections and preventive maintenance; report issues immediately.
  • Keep vehicles clean and ready; follow all safety/security standards.

What do I need?

  • Maintain an active Class A CDL plus a valid DOT medical card.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
  • Ability to read English work instructions and documents.
  • Clean driving record and commitment to safe operation.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage time without constant supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail orientation and quality craftsmanship.
  • Three years’ driving experience preferred, but not required.
  • Flexibility for overtime, including weekends; occasional 12-hour days.

What’s the work setting like?

  • Mostly outdoors with seasonal heat/cold; some indoor tasks.
  • Required PPE: eye, ear, hand, and foot protection.
  • Overtime may include weekends.

What physical ability is needed?

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, reaching, balancing, and lower-extremity stretching.
  • Regular grasping/pinching/fine manipulation; occasional bending/squatting.
