- Anterior Esthetics: Fabricate high-end anterior restorations, smile makeovers, and large bridge cases.
- Finishing & Layering: Masterfully complete custom shading, staining, glazing, and characterization on E.max, Zirconia, and implant restorations.
- Advanced Cases: Support full-arch implant restorations, including All-on-X and full-mouth rehabilitations.
- Digital Integration: Design, mill, wax, and contour restorations utilizing modern digital workflows.
- Team Leadership: Proactively manage case schedules, troubleshoot complex cases, and support laboratory workflows across departments.
- 5+ years of experience as a Dental Ceramist or High Esthetic Ceramist.
- Strong background in anterior esthetic restorations, custom shading, and natural morphology.
- Hands-on experience with E.max, Zirconia, large bridgework, and All-on-X cases.
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to anticipate future production needs.
- Preferred: Experience with 3Shape and/or Exocad, advanced ceramic layering, and direct clinician collaboration.
