Class A CDL Regional Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company-provided 53' dry vans on Northeast regional lanes (Virginia and north). Freight is primarily no‑touch (drop‑and‑hook).

Key details:

• Operating area: Northeast Regional (Virginia and north).
• Equipment and freight: 53' dry vans; 100% no‑touch with majority drop‑and‑hook loads.
• Typical schedule: Mostly Monday–Friday operations; assignments may include day or night driving. Home time includes at least a 34‑hour reset at home (weekly or biweekly).
• Average miles: Approximately 1,500–2,800 miles per week, depending on route.
• Orientation location: Williamsburg, VA or nearest terminal.

Compensation and benefits:

• $1,300–$2,000 per week, dependent on miles driven.
• Pay per mile: $0.55–$0.65.
• Training pay: $650+ during 4–6 weeks of OTR training for drivers with under six months’ experience.
• Paid orientation.
• Benefits (medical, dental, 401[k], PTO) available after 30 days of employment.

Training:

• Structured training program: new drivers run OTR with a company trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks before transitioning to solo assignments.

Minimum qualifications and requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Reasonably clean driving record with no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past five years.
• Demonstrated stable work history (for example, at least 6 months of employment in the last year and 1 year in the last three years; reasonable exceptions for schooling/training may apply).
• No recent convictions or safety‑related terminations that would disqualify employment; certain convictions or previous safety‑related terminations may disqualify.
• Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and meet federal and company safety and background check requirements.
