A day in the life
- Help set up and operate production equipment to meet schedule demands.
- Keep watch on line performance and follow established safety and quality procedures.
- Handle routine equipment care—basic cleaning, sanitation, and light preventive maintenance.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment: pack-out, labeling, and staging.
- Work closely with your crew to hit hourly and daily production targets.
- Flag equipment issues or potential hazards right away to your supervisor.
- Join required trainings and safety talks to stay current and sharp.
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical, hands-on work.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Team-first mindset with clear, respectful communication.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime when needed.
