Class A CDL OTR Truck Driver
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight throughout its over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from the Toledo, Ohio area, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the past two years.
- Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely transport dry van freight across national shipping lanes in the contiguous 48 states.
- Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no-touch loading or unloading.
- Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Experienced driver pay: Average weekly earnings of $1,750 to $2,000, with compensation of up to $0.71 per mile.
- Refresher pay phase: A guaranteed weekly training rate of $1,200 for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.
- Guaranteed home time: Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the driver’s 34-hour reset.
- Premium fleet equipment: New 2025 and 2026 Freightliner tractors equipped with sleeper auxiliary power units (APUs), power inverters, and refrigerators.
