A day in the life

Start your day from home, receive your first dispatch, and head to customer sites across the Nashville area. You’ll handle 3–4 service calls most days—diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems, from ice machines to reach-in and walk-in coolers and freezers. Between calls, you’ll check in with the office, document your work, and line up parts and materials. Monday mornings begin with an in-shop team meeting to align on priorities and safety.

What you’ll work on

• Commercial refrigeration equipment: ice machines, reach-in coolers/freezers, walk-in coolers/freezers
• Mechanical service tasks: cleaning, lubricating, and replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys, and related components
• Material handling: sourcing parts and supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures

What you bring

• 4–5+ years of hands-on commercial refrigeration experience (required)
• EPA Universal certification (required)
• Familiarity with brands such as Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Kolpak, Heatcraft, Beverage Air, and True (preferred)
• Proficiency in refrigeration systems; comfortable with refrigeration/cooling technologies

Compensation & benefits

• $70,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
