Junior Growth Marketing Specialist (AI-Native, Remote)

We are seeking a sharp, curious and self-driven Junior Growth Marketing Specialist based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Candidates will be evaluated primarily on demonstrated ability to learn independently and produce high-quality work rather than on formal qualifications, years of experience, or alma mater.

Role and responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to build and execute growth marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Research marketing channels, identify high-potential approaches, and build repeatable playbooks.
• Produce high-quality marketing content including blog articles, comparison pages, landing pages and email sequences.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and others daily, applying independent judgment to improve outputs.
• Fact-check AI-generated content, verify claims, and convert drafts into clear, production-ready English.
• Work with data: track performance, iterate on what works, and discontinue what does not.
• Manage time and priorities autonomously, maintain high standards, and accept direct feedback from the CEO.
