365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers based in Tallahassee, FL, for a paid 4–6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This program provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear transition into regional routes across the Midwest and East. Candidates should be prepared to develop safe driving habits and move into a steady solo role.

Route details and responsibilities
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments after completion of training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest and East
- Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
- No prior over-the-road experience required
