Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per practical mile, including loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Routes and Equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth models. Slip seating is not permitted.
- Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with auxiliary power units, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.
- Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs are available from the first day.
Qualifications and Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean motor vehicle record and an active Department of Transportation medical card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
