Job Summary
Farmers Insurance is hiring a Farmers Agency Apprentice for a hybrid position
that starts with production and grows into a wider agency development
opportunity. Candidates in this role are expected to sell, prospect, and build
client relationships, but this is not intended to be only a producer track. It
is a development-focused role for candidates who want to learn how to
contribute to the success of an agency with a clear path to agency leadership.
The Opportunity

service, workflow support, and business development while learning how a
Farmers agency grows and serves its market. The position offers practical

Responsibilities
· Produce business through outreach, networking, and referrals.
· Educate prospects on insurance options and help clients select coverage.
· Assist with policy service, renewals, and customer retention efforts.
· Learn how agency systems, service standards, and routines function.
· Attend scheduled training and development meetings.
· Contribute to agency growth through consistent activity and follow-up.
Requirements
