Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Imagine this

Production is humming when a sensor flags an anomaly on a CNC line. You step in—multimeter in hand—to isolate an electrical fault, correct a hydraulic imbalance, and return the cell to full speed. Later, you prep for a new line installation, validating primary electrical requirements up to 440V, checking mechanical alignment, and coordinating with contractors and engineers so startup goes smoothly. Between calls, you help keep the facility in top shape—from emergency cleanups to ensuring rooms are stocked—so the team can meet today’s and this month’s goals.

Is this you?

• Experienced professional with a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• A hands-on problem solver who can lift up to 35 lbs, work solo or with a crew, and safely operate a forklift and scissor lift.
• Comfortable with hand, pneumatic, and power tools; skilled at time management; strategically minded and adaptable.
• Digitally capable with SSO basics, JD Edwards familiarity, and everyday tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Your core mission

• Own preventive maintenance with weekly and monthly inspections that prevent unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems quickly and safely.
• Install and troubleshoot facility infrastructure—primary electrical up to 440V, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines alongside engineers and contractors.
• Maintain site readiness: general and non-routine cleaning, emergency response, exterior and parking lot care, daily removal of trash, cardboard, and recyclables, and ensuring rooms are set and supplied.
• Collaborate to streamline processes and achieve daily/monthly production targets.

Site: Milton Roy (201 Ivyland Rd, Warminster, PA 18974) with primary operations in Ivyland, PA

Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime and weekend work as needed

Travel: None anticipated; this is an on-site role
