Position summary: 10-4 Logistics USA seeks CDL‑A drivers — both recent graduates and experienced drivers — to operate regional dry van routes east of I‑35. This role provides predictable regional schedules, modern equipment, and paid mentor‑led training for new drivers.

Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours‑of‑service rules.
- Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes east of I‑35 according to schedules and customer instructions.
- Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers; follow delivery and pickup procedures.
- Ensure proper load securement and follow handling procedures for dry van freight.
- Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident reviews.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL‑A (Class A) license

Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

Minimum age: 21 years
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers
