Class A Regional Driver - Home Weekends

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional routes across OH, MI, KY, IN, and IL operating 53' dry van trailers. New CDL graduates and experienced drivers are encouraged to apply. This role provides predictable weekend home time, structured training, competitive pay, and benefits.

• Compensation & benefits: $1,200–$1,500 per week (dependent on miles and pay tier); trainee pay $650+ per week (typical 4–6 week training); per-mile pay $0.56–$0.64; $15 stop pay; $40 load pay (most loads qualify); monthly performance bonus up to $0.06 per mile; benefits after 30 days (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off).
• Job details: 53' dry van trailers; 100% no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload; home weekly on weekends (typical pattern: depart Monday, return Saturday morning) with minimum 34-hour reset; average weekly mileage 1,500–1,800; day or night driving as required; structured OTR training and on-road mentoring until cleared for solo runs.
• Minimum requirements: Valid Class A CDL; age 21+; graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); fair driving record—no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years and no DUIs within the past 5 years; not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons; generally stable work history (10‑year history preferred; minimum six months in the last year or one year in the last three years); ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens; certain criminal convictions reviewed case-by-case.
