Our client is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support role. This entry-level opportunity requires relocation to Greece, after which the role will be carried out remotely in accordance with operational requirements.
Support customers in Spanish via phone, email, and online communication channels
Provide accurate information related to products or services
Resolve customer inquiries by following established processes
Record customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
Meet service quality standards and performance objectives
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support teams
Fluent written and spoken Spanish
Good working knowledge of English (level B2)
Previous customer service experience is not required
Comfortable using computers and support tools
Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
