Picture this: it’s 5:45 PM in Indianapolis and the plant hums to life around you. As the go-to technician on 3rd shift, you’re the one colleagues and vendors count on to keep critical equipment online. You’ll troubleshoot 480V 3-phase systems, steady a banded conveyor, or coax a stubborn pump back into spec—often independently, always supported by a leadership team that values communication, learning, and collaboration.

What Your Nights Look Like

• Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating pattern, 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to solve problems quickly and safely
• Diagnose and repair issues on pumps, motors, banded conveyors, and core mechanical systems
• Tackle electrical troubleshooting with confidence—especially on 480V 3-phase equipment
• Work independently while supporting fellow technicians when needed

• Hands-on problem solvers who bring their own metric tools (specialized tools are provided)

• People comfortable with the physical nature of the work: standing, bending, lifting, and occasional confined spaces
• No formal education required—trade school or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• No travel required

Pay & Benefits

• $37/hour + $1 shift differential
• Paid holidays (facility operates 24/7/365; holiday pay provided)
