Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, to operate 53' dry van trailers on a Great Lakes regional account. This position features 100% no-touch freight, a structured OTR training program, and ongoing mentoring for drivers with limited experience. Compensation
- $1,100–$1,500 per week (varies by experience and miles)
- Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64
- Trainee pay: $650 per week during 4–6 weeks of OTR training (for drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles in a month, maintain no accidents, and achieve 7 MPG

Minimum Qualifications
- Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL graduates are welcome; graduation from a recognized truck driving program or equivalent training is preferred
- Fair driving record with no major accidents, disqualifying tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUI within the past 5 years
- No felonies or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
- No involuntary termination from most recent employment
- Stable work history with no major unexplained gaps; applicants should generally have at least 6 months of employment in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years
- Ability to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
