Bridge Crane Operations Specialist

Picture the start of your shift on a busy production floor: you complete a pre-use inspection, review lift plans, confirm rigging, and coordinate with shipping to keep materials flowing. You’re the steady hand at the controls of an overhead crane, moving critical loads with precision and a relentless focus on safety and efficiency.

What you’ll handle day-to-day

• Operate bridge/overhead cranes and other heavy equipment in a fast-paced production environment
• Rig, dig, and build as needed to support a variety of in-house projects
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance to keep machinery in top condition
• Adhere to all safety procedures and best practices to prevent incidents
• Transport materials with the crane and a forklift to staging, production, and outbound lanes
• Pitch in with shipping and receiving tasks alongside crane operations

Schedule requirement

MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON FIRST AND THEN TRANSITION TO SECOND.

• Strong rigging fundamentals and situational awareness
• Commitment to safe work practices and efficient throughput
• Comfort performing routine equipment inspections and light maintenance
• Forklift operating experience and willingness to assist across warehouse functions
