CDL-A Truck Driver (Entry-Level & Experienced Drivers Welcome)
Smart Logistics Group is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional driving operations based in Pueblo, Colorado. We are seeking experienced drivers and recent CDL-A graduates who are looking for reliable miles, competitive pay, modern equipment, and consistent weekly home time.
- Position: Entry-level and experienced CDL-A drivers
- Compensation: $0.55–$0.85 per mile
- Home time: Home weekly
- Area of operation: Regional routes from Pueblo, Colorado
- Benefits: Available after 30 days

Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and in compliance with federal, Colorado, and company regulations.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with Hours of Service regulations and company policy.
- Deliver freight on assigned regional routes while meeting customer and scheduling requirements.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and follow routing and safety instructions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Authorization to operate commercial motor vehicles in the United States.
- Strong commitment to safety and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to operate regional routes with weekly home time.
