Aerospace Electronic Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and components in aerospace applications.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop and improve electronic systems.
• Document all work performed, including test results and modifications made to systems.
• Assist in the development of technical manuals and training materials for end-users.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in aerospace electronics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Aerospace Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an electronic technician, ideally in the aerospace sector.
• Strong understanding of electronic systems, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to aerospace electronics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
