Class A CDL Dedicated Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is recruiting Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account offering predictable schedules, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. This opportunity is well suited to safety‑focused drivers seeking stable road time and consistent earnings.

Role overview

• Operating lanes: WA, ND, SD, UT, CO.
• Dedicated account with an average of 18 stops per week.
• Home time: typically at least every two weeks although drivers can stay out longer if they choose to
• Orientation: paid online orientation followed by an in‑person road test in Salt Lake City (SLC) where drivers will be assigned a truck.

Compensation and benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,550–$1,635 (paid weekly).
• Starting pay: $0.63–$0.71 per mile, based on experience.
• $20 per stop (18 stops on average per week)
• Full benefits package including medical, HSA, dental, life insurance, AD&D, paid time off, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefits.

Minimum qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Hazmat endorsement required; must obtain within 90 days if not already held.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.
• No major moving violations (for example: 15+ mph over the limit, reckless driving, or following too closely) in the last 12 months.
• Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; drivers requiring SAP certification are not eligible.
• Valid DOT medical card with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation.
• Drivers terminated from their last two driving positions (Class A or B) will not qualify.
