Robotic Fabrication and Weld Cell Specialist

Build precision assemblies with automation and craftsmanship. Full-time role with 1st and 2nd shift options.

Quality welded assemblies keep products strong, safe, and reliable. In this position, you blend robotics with hands-on welding to deliver consistent results at scale—owning setup, execution, finishing, and documentation.

Your impact

• Stage and tack parts so fixtures and the robot are set up for success.
• Run a Fanuc Lincoln robotic welding cell, confirming programs, parameters, and part placement.
• Perform finish welds and post-weld touchups to achieve final spec.
• Analyze blueprints and weld symbols to validate requirements before and after welding.
• Carry out basic crane lifts to move materials and completed assemblies.
• Operate standard hand and air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill, etc.) for prep and finishing.
• Achieve standard work metrics for all welded products.
• Communicate any suspected quality or compliance deviations (including drawing revisions or weld symbol issues) promptly.
• Complete all required quality documentation according to work instructions.
