With an amp clamp you track a motor draw spike, confirm a 24VDC sensor fault on the schematic, and restore flow—then document the fix in IQMS and plan a reliability improvement for the next shutdown. Your Mission

• Own uptime for injection and extrusion blow molding assets by maintaining, repairing, and optimizing them.
• Diagnose across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical domains to resolve issues quickly and safely.
• Maintain plant utilities including compressed air and chilled water; support vacuum systems (loaders, pumps, blenders).
• Keep auxiliary equipment—conveyors, grinders, robotics—aligned with production targets.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and parts lists to execute accurate, efficient repairs.
• Apply diagnostic tools (multimeters, amp clamps, gauges) to validate root cause and verify fixes.
• Drive work order accuracy in IQMS and ensure repair documentation is complete and traceable.
• Coordinate parts sourcing so the right component is on hand when the line is down.
• Support maintenance activities during overtime, weekends, and planned shutdowns.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Demonstrated strength in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings/schematics in the field.
• Understanding of high-voltage equipment and 24VDC control circuits.
• Drive to learn, cross-train, and expand technical range.

Bonus Strengths

• Direct experience with plastics or molding machinery.
• Hands-on skill with machining tools (mills, lathes, drill presses, etc.).
• Welding capability across steel, stainless, and aluminum.
• Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance disciplines.

Work Setting

• Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and moving equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, and climbing; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced, hands-on production floor.
