What you’ll be doing

  • Executing routine maintenance and performing timely repairs on plant electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting electrical issues, isolating root causes, and applying sound fixes.
  • Inspecting equipment to verify compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Collaborating with maintenance teammates to coordinate repairs and system upgrades.
  • Documenting all maintenance activities and repair details accurately.
  • Supporting the installation of new equipment and electrical infrastructure.
  • Acting quickly and safely during electrical emergencies and outages.
  • Engaging in training and development to sharpen your expertise.

What we expect

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical maintenance preferred.
  • Hands-on experience as an industrial electrician or comparable position.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safe work procedures.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and detailed technical drawings.
  • Consistent problem-solving discipline and keen attention to detail.
  • Team-first mindset with clear, professional communication.
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and on-call coverage.
  • Valid electrician’s license or certification is a plus.
