At ISCO Industries, our HDPE fusion equipment powers essential infrastructure across the country. We’re looking for an Industrial Mechanic with deep mechanical aptitude and strong hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting skills to safeguard uptime in our distribution plant.
Your impact
You’ll be the go-to expert who anticipates issues before they become downtime, restores equipment to peak condition, and communicates clearly so the team understands what’s needed and why.
What you’ll do
- Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on fusion machinery.
- Repair, rebuild, or replace components; verify performance after service.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and inspections according to schedule.
- Maintain thorough service records and parts usage logs.
- Recommend corrective actions and share findings with the team.
We supply all tools, equipment, and PPE you need to perform at your best.
What you bring
- 5+ years as a mechanic; automotive background welcomed.
- Comfort reading technical manuals and schematics.
- Proven capability with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience setting up and following preventive maintenance routines.
- Strong problem-solving, basic computer literacy, and the ability to collaborate or work solo.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely; frequent standing and climbing.
Pay and benefits
Pay Range: $25– $30/hour (Dependent on Experience)
