Your Impact

  • Execute routine inspections and testing on raw materials and finished products to verify conformance.
  • Document results precisely; escalate non-conformities and collaborate with production on corrective actions.
  • Contribute to building and refining QA procedures, SOPs, and protocols.
  • Support internal audit schedules and assist with external audit preparation and participation.
  • Maintain thorough, organized records to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a quality-first mindset across teams and help drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry regulations and best practices to keep our programs aligned and compliant.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional study in food science, biology, or related field is a plus.
  • Prior QA/QC experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented and self-directed.
  • Familiarity with QMS and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
