Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers based in Lafayette, LA. Opportunities are available in OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily servicing routes east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits effective from day one. We hire both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates who meet the paid training eligibility requirement.

Typical day on the job

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
• Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

Who we are looking for

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of training are eligible for paid training
• Satisfactory driving record with a strong safety focus
• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
