10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Camden, Delaware, for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
Drivers typically haul regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and west to Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability

Lane Details
Drivers handle a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network. The operating area generally extends from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina through Maine and west to Eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
Drivers who choose to remain on the road instead of returning to Camden, Delaware, for their weekly reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
