Inside Sales Representative (Work from Home)

The Summers Agency is growing, and we're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want a flexible, remote sales career with real earning potential. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll help families protect what matters most while building a business of your own — no prior sales experience required. We provide the training, mentorship, and systems you need to succeed from day one.

Day to Day

• Speak with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling
• Understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate life and health coverage
• Conduct phone and video appointments from your home
• Guide applicants through the process and follow up to ensure policies are placed

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working remotely with stable internet and a quiet workspace
• Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license (training and guidance provided)
• No prior experience necessary — all skill levels are welcome to apply

Compensation & Rewards
