A night in the life

You arrive ready for a 12 hr Nights schedule, focused on keeping production running smoothly. From the first walk-through to the last log entry, you’re the go-to expert ensuring equipment reliability across the facility.

What you’ll handle

  • Conduct routine inspections and execute preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
  • Document all maintenance actions and repairs with precise, timely records.
  • Work side-by-side with teammates to spot process improvements and put practical fixes in place.
  • Uphold all safety standards and company policies while performing every task.
  • Support the installation and startup of new machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance tickets and urgent breakdowns.
