Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your CDL and are ready to build a career. We are seeking recent Class A CDL school graduates to join our expanding Mid‑Atlantic/Eastern fleet operating out of the Richmond, VA area. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want mentorship from experienced drivers, practical road experience, and the ability to begin earning quickly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Job characteristics:

• Predictable regional routes serving the Mid‑Atlantic and Eastern states
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No‑touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop‑and‑hook
• Brand‑new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver (no slip seating)
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options tailored for Richmond area drivers: home weekly or home every other week

Training program:

• Candidates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction are eligible for paid training.
• Trainees are paired with an experienced mentor, focus on safe driving practices, and gain the on‑road experience needed to progress with confidence.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) and company hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
