Compensation and training:

• 4‑week paid mentorship: Paid one‑on‑one training with an experienced mentor during the training period.
• Solo pay after upgrade: $0.55 per mile; typical weekly mileage averages 2,500 miles (approximately $1,375–$1,550 per week), plus safety and performance bonuses.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post‑upgrade.
• Mileage pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months following training completion.
