CDL A Graduate - Regional Home Weekly

$850 per week during training. $1,600–$1,800+ per week on the road. Home every week.

Start your professional driving career with regional dry van routes based in the Bluffton, Indiana area. We are hiring qualified CDL school graduates, and previous professional driving experience is not required. Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL, the required school training, and the determination to put their skills to work.

Step 1: Get Paid to Train

Begin with paid driver training at $850 per week while preparing for your regional assignment.

Step 2: Take the Wheel

After training, move into consistent regional dry van work with:

• $1,600–$1,800+ in weekly pay
• Pay every Friday
• A brand-new assigned truck
• No-touch freight
• Drop-and-hook loads

Step 3: Get Home Every Week

This regional position provides weekly home time, allowing you to build meaningful driving experience without being away from home for weeks at a time.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available, along with a 401(k) with company match.

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school, and the ability to meet Department of Transportation and company hiring standards.
