Class A CDL Truck Driver - Welcoming New CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, for regional runs operating 53' dry vans. This is a 100% no‑touch freight position with a structured OTR training program for drivers with limited experience. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits

• $1,400–$1,500 per week (varies by experience and miles)
• Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64, depending on experience
• Trainee pay: $650+ per week for approximately 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under six months’ experience)
• Stop pay: $15 per stop
• Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles in the month, maintain no accidents, and achieve 7 MPG fuel economy
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

• Operating lane: North Central and Great Lakes regional area

• Schedule: home biweekly; drivers should be willing to operate day or night as required
• Training: OTR training with an experienced trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks for drivers with under six months’ experience

Minimum qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUI in the last 5 years; felonies and misdemeanors within the last 10 years will be reviewed by safety
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for cause
• Solid 10‑year work history with no major gaps outside of school or training; minimum 6 months of employment in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years
• Ability to pass both urine and hair pre‑employment drug screens

• Structured OTR trainer program and on‑road mentoring for recent graduates and drivers with limited experience (approximately 4–6 weeks)
