Nexus Employment is hiring Manufacturing Warehouse Technicians for an automotive components operation in Danville, IL. If you enjoy hands-on work, clear standards, and a team that has your back, this is for you.

Schedule & pay

• 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM): $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM): $15.75/hour
• 3rd Shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM): $15.75/hour

What you’ll do

• Execute general production and warehousing tasks to keep lines supplied.
• Assemble automotive parts following documented standards.
• Inspect components; identify and report defects.
• Load/unload materials to production lines and staging areas.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Partner with teammates to meet daily targets.

What you bring

• Background in manufacturing, assembly, or warehousing is a plus.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Comfortable working at pace while following instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Understands and follows written and verbal directions.
• Works independently and collaboratively.
• Meets established production and quality goals.
• Must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment requirements.

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking for most of the shift.
• Repetitive assembly/manufacturing motions.
• Lifting 35–50 lbs. as part of normal duties.
• Loading, unloading, handling, and inspecting automotive components.
