Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Update customer information in the database

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
