direct hire, first shift opportunity
supporting a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on equipment reliability and uptime.
**What You’ll Be Doing
**
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on heavy manufacturing equipment
Work on equipment such as presses, conveyors, motors, and automated production systems
Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild machinery components as needed
Read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to identify and resolve issues
Support installation and startup of new equipment
Partner with production teams to quickly resolve breakdowns and improve equipment performance
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
**What We’re Looking For
**
Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
Experience working on heavy production equipment (presses, fabrication equipment, etc. preferred)
