What You’ll Tackle
Prepare, set up, and operate production equipment.
Keep a constant watch on process controls and product quality.
Handle routine equipment care and basic troubleshooting.
Package and correctly label completed items for shipment.
Maintain an organized, clutter-free, and safe workspace.
Team up with coworkers to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Follow plant safety policies and best practices at all times.
What Helps You Succeed
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial.
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Basic mechanical know-how and familiarity with production tools.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime when required.
