Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company built on bold thinking and unexpected innovation. A night in the life

Imagine starting your shift by stepping into a humming control room. You scan in-line metrics—ABV, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), CO2 concentration, Real Extract (RE)—confirming the blending run is on-spec. A quick sample goes to the lab bench; you record the data, adjust a valve to correct a drift, and coordinate a CIP cycle to keep flavor carryover at bay. Mid-shift, a filter skid throws an alarm; you troubleshoot, make minor adjustments, and partner with maintenance to get back online fast. Between batches, you update digital batch records and trackers, unload raw materials, and prep the next kit so production never slows. You wrap up with a handoff to packaging, tighten up your documentation, and leave detailed notes for the next operator—safe, efficient, and on time.
