Why this role matters
Every shift you support safe, efficient production that keeps our customers on schedule. You’ll start in a production or service department, receive hands-on training, and progress into defined job classifications as you master new skills.
Core responsibilities
- Practice safety first—complete all safety training and follow departmental procedures.
- Rely on process control docs and DWIs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to our 6-S housekeeping and organization culture.
- Engage in ISO 14001 environmental training.
- Maintain work pace to achieve delivery and production goals.
- Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify casting defects.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and premiums
- Starting pay: $20.40–$24.00/hour
- Shift differential: $2.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Weekend pay: 1.5x Saturdays and 2x Sundays
