You’ll be the go-to partner for Planning and Global Logistics, making sure customer orders are packaged correctly and leave on time. A typical day begins by matching inbound and outbound materials against bills of lading, invoices, purchase/sales orders, and other documents—counting, weighing, and measuring as needed. You’ll record goods receipts and shipment details in SAP and Microsoft Excel, reconcile discrepancies, select shipment methods and carriers, schedule pickups in parcel and freight systems, and coordinate international moves. When hazardous materials are involved, you’ll work closely with Global Logistics and EHS to package and ship in line with DOT, IATA (Air), and IMDG (Ocean) regulations. You’ll also assist drivers with loading/unloading, process and route incoming mail, keep packaging supplies and crates on hand, and pitch in with facilities and warehouse tasks.
If you’re as invested in your success as we are in your safety, you’ll thrive here. Protecting our people is our guiding principle—always.
