Join OnStaff Staffing as an Automotive Components Assembly Technician supporting leading manufacturers that produce radiators, condensers, headlights, and a range of electrical and interior vehicle components.

Pay: $15.50 – $21.33 per hour | Multiple Shifts Available

A day in the life

You start your shift with a quick safety check, step to your station, and assemble critical automotive parts with precision. You operate production and assembly equipment, complete in-process and final quality checks, and keep your area clean and organized. Throughout the day, you follow safety and production guidelines, collaborate with teammates, and hit your production and attendance targets—contributing to components found in vehicles across the industry.

What you bring

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not always required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and a team-first mindset

Compensation & incentives
