OTR Class A - Flatbed - Home Weekends

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced OTR Class A Flatbed Drivers for routes that provide strong weekly pay, full benefits, consistent work and miles. The successful candidate will operate in late-model trucks, secure freight accordingly while running OTR routes close to home for the weekend reset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly earnings: Typical gross range $1,900–$2,200.
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 total.

Additional Pay:

• Tarping pay: $40 per load (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
• Detention pay: $16 per hour (begins after 2 hours).
• Layover pay: $50 per day (after 24 hours).
• Breakdown pay: $100 per day.

Haul Profile & Home Time:

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday/Saturday operations with a 34‑hour weekend reset.
• Operating area: Nationwide service across the 48 states; most drivers are assigned to 4–6 state regional loops to maximize home time.
• Average miles: Consistent freight averaging 2,000–2,500 miles per week.
• Dispatch model: No forced dispatch; drivers have access to professional support 24/7.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience and a minimum of 6 months of flatbed experience.
• Demonstrable proficiency with load securement: straps, tarps, chains, and binders.
• Relevant experience hauling steel and pipe preferred.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and present a clean driving record (MVR).
