Do you turn complex operations into smooth, safe flow?
Ready to orchestrate a high-speed food & beverage line where safety, quality, and people all win? On 2nd shift (Monday–Friday), you’ll guide a frontline team, protect product integrity, and beat plan vs. actual using Lean/TPM—while building talent and accelerating your own growth.
Ask yourself...
- Can you open a shift with a crisp tier huddle, verify LOTO and guarding, and close near-miss actions without delay?
- Will you keep CCP checks, metal/X-ray, date codes, net weights, and allergens airtight—and standardize fixes when anything slips?
- Do hour-by-hour boards, OEE, yield, and SMED sound like the levers you naturally pull to improve throughput?
- Are you the kind of leader who sets expectations, recognizes wins, handles tough conversations quickly, and keeps a healthy skills matrix?
- Can you partner with maintenance on AM/PM, tag and prioritize defects, and verify the repair so issues don’t return?
- Do you enjoy leading mini-Kaizens and using 5-Why, fishbone, and basic SPC to make losses disappear for good?
