CDL A Local Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated intermodal account based out of Troutdale, OR. This role is ideal for drivers seeking local, home-daily work with strong earning potential through mileage pay, stop pay, and short haul incentives.

Job Details

• Local routes around Portland and Troutdale, OR
• 100% drop and hook intermodal trailer freight
• Both day and night driving required
• Schedule of Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
• Approximately 3 to 6 loads per day
• Average of 1,000 to 1,500 miles per week
• Home daily
• Holidays off, with voluntary work available

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400 to $1,800 per week
• $0.65 per mile
• $40 short haul pay for loads under 50 miles (about 90% of loads qualify)
• $22 per stop
• Potential to earn $800 to $1,000 per week in short haul pay alone
• $750 bonus for every 50 customer deliveries/pickups completed, up to $5,000
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 6 months recent Class A driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent job
• Stable work history with no major unexplained employment gaps
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
• Must reside within 25 miles of Troutdale, OR
