Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician

About the Role

When the production floor wakes up, you’re the pro they count on to keep everything running safely and smoothly. As our Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician, you’ll safeguard uptime, diagnose issues before they become problems, and make precision repairs across the plant. You’ll move confidently through a fast-paced industrial setting, switching from electrical troubleshooting to mechanical adjustments, then over to facility systems as needed.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Start with scheduled preventive maintenance to keep machines reliable and efficient.
• Respond to alarms or operator calls, tracking down mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic faults to cut downtime.
• Swap or align components—bearings, gears, belts, motors, pumps—and fine‑tune conveyor systems for optimal flow.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, OEM manuals, and work orders to plan the right fix.
• Document work performed, update maintenance logs and repair records, and help manage spare parts on hand.
• Partner with production to tackle equipment concerns without disrupting schedules.
• Apply and uphold safety procedures at all times, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Pitch in on facility upkeep—HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs—when needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certification preferred.
• 3+ years maintaining equipment in manufacturing or production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments safely.
• Basic welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
• A team mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
