Your day in this role (2nd Shift)

Picture your shift starting with a quick equipment check and route review. You’ll coordinate with the team to stage orders, verify the load is accurate and secured, and then roll out on short, planned runs. Throughout the day you’ll:

  • Prepare, stage, and audit outbound orders to confirm the product matches paperwork.
  • Load and unload trailers; verify securement before departure.
  • Plan efficient local routes to maximize time and equipment use.
  • Deliver finished goods to customer and company locations and return with raw materials for production.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance; report defects promptly.
  • Keep equipment clean and mission-ready.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures at every step.

What you bring

  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
  • Active and maintained Class A CDL and a valid DOT medical card.
  • Ability to read work instructions and documentation in English.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Self-directed with strong time management; comfortable working without constant supervision.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and solid people skills.
  • Detail-focused with high standards for workmanship and safety.
  • Three (3) years of driving experience preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed, including some weekends; occasional 12-hour days.

Work environment

  • Primarily outdoors with occasional indoor work; temperatures vary by season (hot/cold).
  • Mandatory PPE for eyes, ears, hands, and feet.
  • Overtime may be required, including weekends.

Physical demands

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Constant standing, reaching, balancing, and lower-extremity stretching.
  • Frequent grasping, pinching, and fine motor tasks; occasional bending and squatting.
