A day in the role

You’ll arrive ready to set up and run production and packaging equipment. As batches move through the line, you’ll keep a close eye on machine performance, complete changeovers, and tackle basic troubleshooting to keep output on track. Throughout your shift, you’ll record production details, perform routine cleaning and inspections, and work with your team to uphold quality, safety, and production standards.

Core responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
• Handle basic setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
• Complete daily paperwork and production documentation
• Conduct routine machine cleaning and inspections
• Maintain quality, safety, and production benchmarks

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (food production a plus)
