Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and driving preventive maintenance initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians during daily operations
• Assign, prioritize, and track work orders using a CMMS system
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time and properly documented
• Troubleshoot and support repairs on automated and PLC-controlled equipment
• Work hands-on with the team during breakdowns, rebuilds, and equipment improvements
• Develop technicians’ skills through training, guidance, and performance feedback
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
• Proven experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and plant safety standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production setting
• Leadership experience supervising or supporting maintenance teams
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
